Southern Cross Tae Kwon Do offers beginner classes each lesson.
Students are introduced slowly
to physical exercise that entails strengthening, conditioning,
stretching of the muscles (arms, legs and body) to improve
flexibility and aerobic fitness.
The lessons are structured so beginners can join into the class
once they have learned the basic steps.
Your instructor will show you step by step how to make a fist,
how to stand correctly, how to do a kick and so on. You should
not feel silly, as we have all been through the same procedure.
Your co-ordination will improve as you train and you will soon
find your techniques are flowing and you are doing the techniques
without having to think about them first.

When you arrive at your first lesson, the instructor will give you an
